Cancellations:
* Refunds of conference registration fees minus an administrative fee of $50.00 will be made through February 24th.
* No refunds will be given for tours or workshops, unless cancelled due to under-subscription.
* After February 24th, requests for refunds due to extenuating circumstances must be made in writing to the VRA or ARLIS/NA Treasurer.
* No refunds will be made after April 10th.
